Please complete the registration form completely. Full payment of $165.00 for one session and $300.00 for both sessions. Paypal is provided for quick and easy online transactions. Cash is strongly discouraged at registration on the day of camp. The fee is non refundable. Please enclose any special instructions or comments in the contact form. By filling out ths form you agree to assume complete financial repsonsibility for any personal responsibilty for any personal injury or property damage created as a result of an intentional or negligent act of my child or ward while he/she is enrolled at the Lady Captains Soccer Camp, while participating in any activities of the same. The Lady Captains Soccer Camp has a liability insurance policy which will cover many instances of the above. An accidental sickness policy will cover each camper while he/she is participating in the program. By filling out this form, u hereby give permisssion for your child to be medically treated for injuries or illness during his/her stay at the Lady Captains Soccer Camp.

Ruth Keegan joined Christopher Newport as the new head coach of womens soccer on March 27, 2008. In her first year as head coach of the Captains she guided the team to a 14-7-1 record, a regular season conference title and a runner up finish in their first season. In her second season the Lady Captains posted a record of 12-8-3 going unbeaten in the conference for a second straight year. The Lady Captains also won the USA South Conference tournament and secured bid to the NCAA Soccer tournament.Keegan, a native of Dublin, Ireland, graduated from Methodist College in 1995, and was an All American and Dixie Conference Player of the Year while with the Monarchs. Her playing experience also includes five years with the Republic of Ireland national team.Keegan resides in Virginia Beach, VA with her daughter Molly.

The Lady Captains camp will have an experienced coaching staff. All CNU coaches will be present as well as current and former CNU players.
Players will meet every morning 9:00 am at the CNU Soccer Field. Take Warwick Blvd to University Place which leads directly to the CNU fields. Registration will also be located at the fields. Please pick up your child promply at 2:30 pm, unless other arrangements have been made.

Q: Why haven't I received a confirmation?
A: All confirmations are through email. Once payment is made through Paypal, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt.
Q: Where is the camp being held?
A: CNU Soccer Field.
Q: Can I get a refund if my child doesn't attend?
A: They're are only refunds for medical reasons. A doctor's note must be sent in order to receive a full refund.
Q: Will there be an athletic trainer or medical personnel on staff?
A: Yes, a certified athletic trainer will be present during camp hours .
Q: What if there is inclement weather?
A: The camp will continue in CNU indoor sports facilities.
Q: What should I bring?
A: soccer ball, shin guards, bag lunch, water bottle, indoor soccer shoes/
tennis shoes.
